Sharnagat
Sharnagat aspires to provide a condusive platform for our animal friends who have been battered by the blows of life. Specially abled, abused, neglected, and sad babies have been welcomed here with open arms n an open heart. They find a home to rest, recoup, recover and begin to trust life again.
Animals are beings with feelings just like us humans. Once the heart is healed they begin to show signs of their bodies healing. We start with building trust leading to a personal bond with the animal that involves a warm bath at first, deworming, looking into the eyes with a conviction of oneness, bending down to offer nutritious food with respect n love, maintaining respectful boundaries, and emanating love n comfort. Playtime and walks are incorporated into the daily routine.
Once the threat is gone half the problem/pain is whisked away. And that’s what we aspire to do.
